Responsibilities
* Review electrical engineering drawings
* Design of electrical systems
* Create electrical installation details, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable and consumer lists and supervise others to do so
* Retrieve information to complete drawing, layout and design including technical specifications
* Support a multidisciplinary team on E&I matters across the entire lifecycle
* Develop best practice working procedures to support E&I developments
* Create and maintain formal documents
* Check standard and regulatory compliance
* Define automation and instrumentation strategy, design and optimization
Requirements
* Bachelor`s or Master´s Degree in electrical engineering
* At least five years of relevant, hands-on experience in a similar field (chemical industry, oil & gas or similar)
* Understanding of the respective industry-specific regulations and rules related to electrical engineering
* Understanding of electrical power distribution and protection for low, medium and high voltages (switchgear, transformers, motor control centres, lighting, automation cabinets)
* Thorough understanding of process automation applications
* AutoCAD and EPLAN experience
* Fluency in English and German is required
* Ability to understand concepts and technical details of complex systems
