About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with operational processes and client expectations.
* Conducting analysis of incoming fund operating models, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Overseeing system configuration and leading testing activities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
* Managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication, across business, IT, and client teams.
* Serving as a liaison between business teams and technology providers, driving operational excellence and process improvement.
* Analyzing and documenting existing processes, identifying areas for automation, efficiency, and risk reduction.
* Ensuring effective data migration, reconciliation, and system integrity, during onboarding and change initiatives.
About You
* Relevant experience in TA Fund Accounting Custody environments, ideally within a bank or management company.
* Strong experience in fund migration, system implementation, or operational integration projects.
* Solid knowledge of operational workflows across TA FA or Custody functions.
* Extensive comprehension of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting fund operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both operational and technical teams.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Team player with a proactive mindset and a focus on delivering results.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
