The position holder (d/m/f) works as an HR Advisor and is responsible for supporting HR topics in collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
Your Tasks:
* Advising and supporting employees and managers on selected HR processes and tools
* Administrative implementation of individual personnel measures, e.g. in the case of employment contract changes or external recruitment
* Data maintenance in HR systems as well as reporting and data analysis
* Supporting the HRBPs in the execution of HR campaigns (e.g. Performance & Goals, Equal Pay, Salary Review, People Review)
* Supporting the continuous development and digitalization of internal HR processes
* Participation in national HR projects and, if applicable, taking on department-specific special topics
* Early Career Management: Supervision of interns, working students, VIEs, PhD candidates, etc. for assigned departments
Your Profile:
* Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent with extensive professional experience
* Certified HR specialist (Personalkauffrau/-mann) or equivalent with extensive professional experience
* At least 1 year of experience in HR administration
* Experience in recruitment is a plus
* Advanced, in-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP/R3
* Familiarity with Google Workspace
* Business fluent in German and English
