Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Developing an innovative customer engagement approach as well as designing and establishing holistic customer engagement innovation processes
* Assuming responsibility for identifying and analysing market and customer trends, as well as evaluating them in terms of their added value for customers and the company
* Managing and further developing a three-person team as well as assuming responsibility for its internal/external stakeholder management
* Initiation, planning and realisation of end-to-end pilots including monitoring of defined schedules and budgets
* Designing and implementing new engagement features such as gamification, challenges, community elements and content formats
* Collaborating with the UX, data, CRM and product teams to integrate engagement features into the app, newsletter and stores
* Brainstorming and evaluating pilot ideas, MVPs, and experiments to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement
* Support in setting up internal innovation formats (e.g. idea sprints, workshops)
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, marketing, innovation management, psychology or a comparable qualification
* At least seven years of professional experience in customer engagement, digital marketing, customer experience or product innovation, preferably in a start-up environment
* Initial leadership experience
* Outstanding project management and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to liaise between different departments
* Strong digital expertise and an affinity for new media and tools
* Very good English language skills (C level)
