Research & Development
About the role
The working student will assist the Consumer Care Team in their daily operations. This role will be available for 6 months, based in Heidelberg (Germany) as part of a global team.
Your responsibilities
1. Support Call Center Representatives
2. Be the interface between Call Center and the internal Reckitt Teams (all over Europe)
3. Gather information for consumer queries and forward queries related to other departments internally
4. Gather product updates from markets within the region
5. Support daily team operations
6. Sort and open workload (letters, products)
7. Ensure product master data is updated in Consumer Care system
8. Give accurate, timely and appropriate feedback on issues to the direct manager
9. Handle special projects and tasks as required by Management
