Deine Aufgaben
As Head of Sales, you will own the entire commercial function — from strategy through execution — and be accountable for market penetration, revenue growth, and building a world-class sales culture aligned to VoiceLine’s future.
You will define our go-to-market motion, recruit and lead a high-performing sales team, optimize processes, and drive sustainable new logo and expansion revenue across target segments such as:
* Industrial Goods & Machinery
* Logistics & Transportation
* Electronics & Measurement Technology
* Chemicals & Manufacturing
* Medical & Healthcare
* Textiles & Packaging
* Wholesale & Mobility Services
* Home Appliances & Engineering Services
This role is ideal for an innovative sales leader who loves complex B2B enterprise SaaS, thrives on strategy and execution, and has a proven track record of scaling revenue at high growth organizations.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
* Design and execute a repeatable, scalable sales strategy to win enterprise and upper mid-market accounts aligned to ICP.
* Translate corporate growth goals into a tactical commercial plan with measurable KPIs.
* Manage full sales cycle oversight — from demand generation to deal closure.
* Partner with Marketing to sharpen segmentation, messaging, and demand engines.
* Forecast and model pipeline health with accuracy and rigor.
Revenue Growth & Enterprise Execution
* Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within key strategic accounts.
* Own quota attainment across the sales organization.
* Build a high-velocity pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
* Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes typical of industrial and service organizations.
* Implement metrics that drive performance, retention, and predictable ARR growth.
Team Building & People Development
* Recruit, coach, and lead a world-class sales force including SDRs, AEs, Sales Engineers, and Channel roles.
* Establish and evolve sales best practices, playbooks, and enablement programs.
* Foster a high-performance, outcome-oriented sales culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Partnership
* Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive product feedback loops, competitive positioning, and customer adoption flows.
* Represent VoiceLine in customer forums, industry events, and thought leadership channels.
Dein Profil
Required
* 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales leadership (Head of Sales/Director).
* Proven history of scaling sales teams and revenue in high-growth companies.
* Deep experience selling to upper mid-market & enterprise accounts — especially in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and B2B verticals.
* Strong command of complex solution selling, value-based pricing, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
* Experience building processes, forecasting rigor, and revenue operations.
* Direct P&L ownership experience preferred.
* Willingness to travel and be customer-facing as a trusted executive partner.
Nice to Have
* Prior experience building enterprise motion in voice, automation, AI, digital transformation, field service or enterprise software.
* Track record of building partner and channel strategies.
