Pos_210499The position is responsible for providing legal guidance, direction, and support to internal stakeholders of the HARIBO group in the Intellectual Property practice area. Providing guidance to legal support staff, managing outside counsel, implementing tactics, policies and procedures and activities necessary to establish and maintain the HARIBO group's trademark, design and patent portfolio, and to prosecute and defend trademark-, design- and patent related claims and cases. Providing legal counsel in support of the acquisition, clearance, adoption, use, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property. Taking the leadership role to actively support the HARIBO group's quality improvement initiatives. Fully qualified Lawyer or IP Counsel from any jurisdiction. An ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast paced work environment. Business fluent in German and English. Language skills in French will be considered as a plus.
