As part of their strategic growth in Germany, they are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong record of performance and a deep-rooted network to lead commercial development across the region.
This is a senior role for a sales professional who understands how to drive business through long-term, value-based relationships.
Responsibilities
* Manage B2B sales of nutritional ingredients throughout Germany, taking full ownership of the commercial pipeline
* Establish and grow strategic partnerships with key players across nutraceuticals, functional foods, and sports nutrition
* Use your existing industry network to secure new business and expand the company’s footprint
* Represent the business at major trade fairs, industry conferences, and client meetings to maintain visibility and strengthen market presence
Requirements
* Demonstrated success in B2B sales within the nutritional ingredients, functional food, or health-focused sectors
* A well-developed industry network in Germany, with active relationships at decision-making level
* Strategic mindset with a partnership-driven approach to business development
* Independent, self-directed, and committed to regular travel for client engagement and market presence
