Scientist / Postdoc (all genders wellcome)

What to expect:
* Research Focus: Conducting independent research projects focusing on the reproduc-tive biology of female mammals (ovary and uterus) as well as pubertal development in both sexes
* Methodology: Planning and conducting animal experiments (including livestock) in combination with modern laboratory analytical methods
* External Funding & Publications: Preparation of manuscripts for international peer-reviewed journals and successful acquisition of research funding (grant applications)
* Teaching: Academic supervision and guidance of students in the context of bachelor’s and master’s theses
What to bring:
* Masters and doctorate degrees in animal science, agricultural science, veterinary medicine, biology or comparable
* Knowledge of reproductive biology
* Practical experience with molecular/ biochemical techniques
* Excellent publication record and initial experience in securing external funding
* Good command of English
* Knowledge of German is not essential, but we expect you to acquire a basic knowledge of the language
* Commitment and team spirit
