What will you do?
As part of our HR team, you will work with 2 colleagues and be in charge of:
* Participating in the payroll process on a monthly basis, in collaboration with your colleagues;
* Ensuring the accuracy of the salaries calculated and checking the integrity of the calculation;
* Handling employees’ inquiries regarding payroll;
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, following up on absences and illnesses, managing registration and declaration of employees at the competent authorities;
* Assisting with employee benefits administration and provide general HR administrative support.
This offer is for you if:
* You have a BTS, DUT or a Bachelor’s Degree;
* You have 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll in Luxembourg;
* You have good knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security and payroll tax;
* You have experience with using our software PayEase, it will be considered an asset;
* You are rigorous, have very good analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers;
* You have very good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit;
* You are autonomous, respective of deadlines and have a developed sense of customer service;
* You are fluent in French and English; German/Luxembourgish are assets;
