We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the indication endocrine disorders in Eastern Germany (Eastern region). We are looking for a permanent position after 12 months

Your tasks
10. Responsible for the sale of existing products and the introduction of new products in the field of endocrinology with implementation of the specified marketing and sales strategy. This includes in particular the differentiation of competitor products and services.
11. Achievement of sales targets such as market share, turnover, contact targets, contact frequency and territory coverage, as well as qualitative targets with regular monitoring and reporting of the responsible results to the supervisor(s)
12. Visits/contacts to the target customers selected and/or assigned in the course of targeting in the private practice, outpatient and/or inpatient area with efficient frequency, as well as independent, number-oriented performance measurement and control
13. Achieving an optimal sales range through the use of omnichannel
14. Establishing and expanding networks/relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
15. Close cooperation and coordination with other sales divisions (e.g. Medical Liaison Manager, Healthcare Manager, Hospital, Pharmacies)
16. Conducting territory, competitive, business and customer analyses and applying analytical tools such as customer segmentation, potential analysis, targeting and the creation of customer action plans
17. Continuous further development through participation in training, courses and conferences and through coaching via the supervisor(s) through accompanying visits
18. Participation in changing project work
19. Preparation and implementation of own regional events or practical training courses as well as support and participation in relevant regional and national congresses and ensuring that these are promoted via OmniChannel measures
20. Tour planning
21. Updating customer master data, documentation and administration, especially in reporting and notification systems
22. Team integration and collaboration with colleagues, particularly within the indication line
23. Training in the endocrinology centers
Your profile
24. Training as a pharmaceutical sales representative or medical device consultant
25. Willingness to travel
26. Ability to work independently
27. First professional experience in the field of hormonal disorders/diabetes
28. Fluent written and spoken German
