cy in German
(C1+/native) & English: Ability to negotiate with works councils, draft legal documents, and advise stakeholders in German. Proven HRBP Experience: 5+ years in strategic HR partnering, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or tech-driven sectors. Deep Knowledge of German Labor Law: Expertise in Betriebsverfassungsgesetz, KSchG, AGG, BDSG, Entgeltgleichheit, and Mitbestimmung. Business Acumen: Understanding of online retail metrics, supply chain dynamics, and digital transformation. Consulting Skills: Ability to influence leaders, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex people problems. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
