Transparency is important to us. We reward your mandatory internship fairly with 850,00 €. The start is flexible - we are happy to adapt to your needs. The duration of the internship is between 4 - 6 months full-time.
Deine Aufgaben
You get to the bottom of problems, always keeping the user's perspective in mind. You support us in analyzing and optimizing service processes - from research to strategy development. As a unit of why do birds, we are surrounded by sound experts, motion designers and software specialists. That's why you can look forward to projects with a focus on audio and voice.

Are you excited when chatbots respond to your request in a friendly tone? Are you intrigued by the hot dog concept after shopping at Ikea? And while you're stuck on hold with the phone, are you thinking about how to reduce the waiting time?
In short, design is much more than aesthetics for you. You enjoy presenting complex subject matter in an understandable way and questioning concepts. You don't see problems as insurmountable obstacles, but as a motivation for ideas. You like to put yourself in other people's shoes and meet them eye-to-eye - with a great deal of empathy and openness. You are curious and gain valuable insights from your research. You enjoy working in a team as much as solving problems independently. You are confident in using common layout and presentation programs.
