Several years of leadership experience in an agile environment with a focus on technical leadership in the area of IT infrastructure - around topics such as network services, client & cloud systems, IT security, server and storage services as well as applications such as Atlassian
Good understanding of the different roles and tasks in the IT infrastructure
As the technical lead, you are the first point of contact in your department for all intersoft employees when it comes to IT infrastructure topics and projects. And with us, you also have a long-term perspective with attractive development opportunities.
You design and establish the strategy for the IT infrastructure and follow it carefully - you also think outside the box and optimize processes as a service partner of intersoft
You are responsible for managing and controlling the IT budget
You are the first point of contact for infrastructure issues - you prioritize emerging topics and projects in coordination with the department management
As a technical lead, you promote the exchange of communication between your "Network & Infrastructure" and "Client & Cloud System Infrastructure" teams - always in close coordination with an Agile Master and People Lead
In your work, you always focus on IT security and collaboration with information security
You maintain an active exchange with other managers
As part of the management level, you play a key role in the development of the corporate strategy and its implementation in your department
