Your tasks:
1. Work in a business minded team that implements projects and further develops different business applications:Travel Management System (SAP Concur),Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP byDesign),Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce),Human Capital Management (SAP SuccessFactors),JIRA/Confluence,MS365, MSOffice365, MS Sharepointetc.
2. defining business processes
3. evaluate and drive best practices for conducting business process analyses
4. continuously develop roadmaps for the team of project managers
5. support internal and external stakeholders
Your capabilities:
6. excellent team and interpersonal skills, including superior ability to communicate verbally and in writing
7. clear, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
8. experience with business processes in the field of different business applications (JIRA, Salesforce, SAP) and with 2nd Level Support
9. profound understanding of business processes and agile project management
10. strong organization, planning and prioritization skills
11. good decision-making skills. Takes calculated risks - ability to act on basis of own thoughts and experience to overcome obstacles and to generate positive outcomes
12. demonstrates confidence and promotes a positive working environment
13. very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
