For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for a professional as:
Sales and Purchasing Invoice specialist - Korean Speaking (f/m/d)
As a Sales/Purchasing Invoice specialist, you will be actively communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues to deliver value to customers and add value to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Management of Sales
* Business proposal to customer
* Cost analysis and contract management
* Work within multiple email aliases in a high volume of communications
2) Management of Invoices from suppliers
* Tracking, reviewing, approving and issuing invoices
* Requesting invoices based on project planning
* Checking invoices based on company's policy
* Registration for systems and providing invoices to finance department
3) Account Receivable Management
* Researching and resolving account discrepancies
* Overdue account receivables management through collaboration with customers
4) Monthly closing and yearly closing management
5) Management of purchasing
* Communicate with IT colleague and supplier
* Supporting deduction of cost, to strengthen of cost competitiveness
Requirements:
* Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or equivalent qualification
* 2-3 years of relevant experience
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive and collaborative mindset with strong accountability
* Strong problem-solving attitude and troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of IT technology of hardware and software
* Ability to work to deadlines and to deal effectively with ambiguity
* Very good English and Korean skills, both written and spoken (German is considered as a plus)
* Excellent MS Office and SAP knowledge
