Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as Operational HR Advisor (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.
Your responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting the business on all HR administrative processes and tools
- Administrative implementation of all individual HR measures e.g. movements and contractual changes
- Administrative support of the recruiting activities
- HR data maintenance and reporting
- Supporting the HRBPs in relevant HR campaigns e.g. performance, goals and salary
- Supporting the HRBPs in initiatives projects
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, communication studies or professional education as Human resources specialist or comparable
- Professional experience in the fields personnel administration, secretarial/assistance and human resources
- Good knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
- Minimal knowledge in project management
- Business fluent skills in German and English, both written and spoken
