JOB PROFILE
Acuity Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Business Applications Lead to oversee, optimise, and expand the adoption of our enterprise business systems across the DACH region. This role will act as the regional functional and technical lead for a diverse application landscape including Oracle Fusion (Financials, HCM, EPM, OCI), Salesforce, Jira, Anaplan, Kyriba, and TMF Payroll.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business applications, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and strong fluency in German to partner with local business units, finance teams, HR, sales, and operations. This role is essential for supporting our post-merger integration activities in the region, ensuring system consistency, compliance, and performance across the Acuity Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own and manage the DACH business application landscape, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy, governance, and Target Operating Model
* Act as the primary interface between global technology teams and regional stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Compliance
* Lead, optimise, and continuously improve key systems including Oracle Fusion (Financials, HCM, EPM, OCI), Salesforce, Jira, Kyriba, Anaplan, and TMF Payroll
* Ensure stable, secure, and efficient integrations and data flows across enterprise systems
* Establish and maintain robust support processes (incident, change, and problem management)
* Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and drive adoption through training and enablement
* Lead regional initiatives such as system rollouts, process automation, and enhancements
* Support post-merger integration and contribute to global transformation programmes in data, analytics, and automation
* Ensure compliance with DACH regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, tax, labour laws) and maintain audit-ready standards
* Collaborate with InfoSec and Risk teams to ensure access governance and security standards
KEY COMPETENCIES
* 7+ years of experience in business applications, ERP/CRM/HCM environments, or IT leadership roles
* Strong hands-on and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion and enterprise application landscapes
* Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Kyriba, Anaplan, and payroll solutions
* Solid understanding of DACH finance, HR, payroll, sales operations, and regulatory requirements
* Experience working in international, matrix organisations and ideally within M&A or integration contexts
* Knowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware, and process automation is advantageous
* Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate technical topics into business language
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
* Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
