In Global Brand Marketing, we shape the brand presence of the Fielmann Group across all markets. Together with our creative, digital, and media teams, we bring our brand strategy to life and ensure a consistent brand experience worldwide. In this role, you collaborate closely with international teams, develop global campaigns, and help our brand resonate across all channels.

* Lead, coach, and inspire the Global Brand Marketing team while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
* Translate our brand strategy into annual marketing plans, global toolkits, and campaign frameworks
* Ensure brand consistency across all markets – with the flexibility needed for local adaptations
* Oversee the execution and localization of multi-market campaigns across TV, digital, social, in-store, and experiential channels
* Collaborate with product, retail, e-commerce, PR teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless brand alignment
* Act as a key contact for regional marketing leads, supporting local implementation and driving best-practice exchange
* Monitor brand health, campaign performance, and competitive activity to inform data-driven decisions
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across brand marketing projects
You inspire us – your profile
* You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* You are an experienced people leader with more than two years in a leadership role and cultivated a high-performance, collaborative work environment
* You have years of experience in global brand marketing or communications. The brands you have worked for are major players in the lifestyle, fashion, or eyewear industry
* You have a strong track record in building and implementing brand campaigns across international markets
* You are familiar with matrix organizations and enjoy working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* You communicate confidently in English; German skills are a strong advantage
* You are creative, think strategically, act hands-on, and work in a structured and solution-oriented way
