Job Description About your tasks: Build and lead the Retail Media & MarTech product and services area, designing scalable solutions for Retail Media and related segmentation, personalization, and customer engagement. Own and further develop the Retail Media strategy and network across in-store, online, app, and off-platform channels, maximising our revenue streams for Redcare Pharmacy. Drive the development of the Redcare Pharmacy Retail Media Platform, incorporating both onsite and offsite offerings via an automated, scalable self-service offering to both our internal and external customers. Drive our product-enabled Personalisation strategy, optimising our customer-touchpoint capability through tooling such as our CDP to enable effective segmentation, user journey creation and insights for personalized campaigns. Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to ensure the creation of innovative tools that align with your vision, strategy and business goals. Establish Product KPI’s and ROI measurement, analytics, and transparent reporting for internal & external stakeholders. Foster cross-functional relationships to unlock synergies across Marketing, Data & AI, and Category Management.
