This role is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven marketing generalist with a love for entrepreneurship and innovation. As Marketing Manager (m/f/x) of the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, you will be part of a dynamic team that builds a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students (from TUM and beyond), scientists, founders, and corporate innovators - a perfect mix of B2B and B2C challenges! Design and manage a conversion funnel that inspires our student and scientist target groups to join our workshops, seminars, and networking events.
Drive your own marketing projects from creative concept to implementation â including planning, testing, automation, monitoring, and reporting results.
Streamline and optimize marketing processes while coordinating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
Sharpen your Strategy: Analyze target audiences and evaluate KPIs to shape strategic campaign decisions and explore new tools and channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
2+ years of practical experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels and platforms (B2B and B2C) and setting up and managing high-performing conversion funnels.
Creativity, an entrepreneurial âcan-doâ mindset, paired with a structured, data-driven working style and a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
