Your Job
1. Support and work on the development and implementation of comprehensive change management plans to support strategic projects within HR's digitalisation journey
2. Develop modern, project-based communications for business leaders and employees
3. Support Senior Change Management Consultants for assigned projects, including workshop preparation and execution
4. Support the HR digitisation strategy using data-driven tools to assess the impact of change in the organisation
Your Profile
5. At least five (5) years of relevant and proven experience in change management projects (communication, enablement, measurement, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, change agent networks) or consulting experience related to HR digitization and organizational transformation.
6. Proven experience leading change initiatives and workstreams within complex, global project environments.
7. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage change agent networks to drive local engagement and adoption
8. Experience with HR IT system implementations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and their impact on business processes.
9. Basic understanding of compensation and time management processes, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
10. Demonstrated ability to adapt and operate effectively in rapidly changing environments.
11. Able to see the big picture and have strong attention to detail.
12. Well organised and structured in strategic thinking, project execution and workload prioritisation.
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills in English and additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
14. Ability to work in agile and hybrid project methodologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
