Would you like to join our Sales team as Sales & Retail Supervisor ?
The Sales & Retail Supervisor is responsible for the sales activities for the assigned customers in terms of quantity (budget, turnover and profit margins) and quality (in terms of alignment with the Brand's indications in terms of product choice), making autonomous commercial choices, if necessary, but in accordance with the guidelines received. In this role he/she deepens the management of KPIs with partners for correct achievement of in-store objectives. He/she also analyses and conducts "diagnostic" studies to give a rapid response according to the specific needs and context of the shops, focusing on a long-term strategy.
You’ll be in charge of:
* Prepares, conducts and finalises sales directly with customers, from product presentation in line with the Sales Manager's instructions.
* Deepen and constantly updates his/her knowledge of the collection and season's projects.
* Maintains and promotes constant contact with the network in order to analyse, feedback and report possible customer complaints and product trends.
* Carries out any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or higher, related to sales activities.
* Achieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promotes the growth of shops in his/her area, in accordance with company guidelines.
* Supports the Customer Service Supervisor in after-sales activities and managing order changes in accordance with the Sales manager.
* Monitors ongoing activities at points of sale, both proactively and reactively in order to implement rapid solutions to keep in line with business objectives.
* Defines brand development and market penetration strategies in the geographical areas of reference and for the brands assigned, in line with the Brand philosophy and the indications of the Sales manager
* Acts in the front line with "on the road" commercial development activities for the own areas of competence
* Responsible for enhancing staff knowledge through appropriate training activities. Such as products, customers, sales techniques, coordination of shop activities with other Brand touchpoints.
* Constantly updates know-how, professional as well as technical knowledge in relation to the latest and most advanced best practices.
* Is the first touchpoint for each client.
