Your tasks
?
1. As an intern (d/m/f/x) in the field of Cross Tech, you will make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the business stream by providing innovative impetus with fresh ideas and new perspectives.
2. You will actively support us in the conception and implementation of strategy, transformation and change management projects in a global context.
3. In order to gain valuable insights for our future planning, you will independently carry out market analyses and trend observations.
4. In addition, you will prepare leadership, strategy and transformation workshops, actively accompany them and carefully document the results for further use.
Your profile?
5. You are an enrolled student (d/m/f/x) in economics or humanities, IT or a related field and ideally have already gained practical experience.
6. With strong analytical skills and an interest in current trends, you will be actively involved in our topics and you will want to work regularly on site in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe.
7. You are characterized by your open nature and pronounced initiative, and you are proficient in using common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
8. Very good German and English skills round off your profile and there is the possibility to work with us as a working student (d/m/f/x) or as part of a thesis.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
