The role of a Sales and Business Development Manager is a strategic one, focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to clients across Europe, providing technical guidance and expertise, and monitoring competitors and industry trends.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can excel in this dynamic environment, leveraging their skills in sales, marketing, and business development to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling of UPS systems
* Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, addressing their power management and energy solutions needs
* Monitor competitors and industry trends, staying ahead of the curve in terms of market developments and innovations
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding targets
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
