As Head of Inside Sales, you’ll take charge of a strong, motivated team and align our inside sales activities to drive growth and customer success. Together with your team, you’ll optimize processes, lead projects to completion, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. You’ll be the driving force behind clear communication, transparent decision‑making, and a sales‑focused approach that delights our existing customers and opens doors to new segments.

Team Leadership & Stabilization You lead and strengthen your team in a sustainable way, create a sense of security, and work together to define future areas of responsibility.
Process Optimization & Project Management You successfully bring open projects to completion through constructive and solution‑oriented collaboration, while placing a strong focus on optimizing and standardizing processes.
Communication & Decision‑Making You communicate clearly and openly, make and share decisions transparently, and ensure clear allocation of responsibilities as well as alignment on common goals.
Sales Focus You align Inside Sales operations even more strongly toward sales success and play a key role in driving growth in smaller customer segments and expanding existing accounts.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration You work closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Consulting, Presales, Support, GTM Operations, and Sales Revenue teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Team Culture & Development You foster a cooperative, accountable, and solution‑oriented team culture and act as a strong connector who actively supports change processes.
What we appreciate about you:
* Successfully completed degree in Business, IT, or a comparable field.
* Several years of leadership experience, ideally in software sales or an IT environment.
* Solid knowledge of working with ERP and CRM systems.
* High level of accuracy, process compliance, and data integrity.
* Strong sales expertise; experience in security software is a plus.
* Excellent command of English.
* Positive mindset, strong leadership qualities, goal orientation, willingness to cooperate, and solution‑oriented approach.
* IT background and strong affinity for digitalization are an advantage.
