Job Description:
As a Senior Strategic Program Manager in Indirect Procurement, you will analyze spend data, identify savings potential, and execute strategies to realize these savings within the assigned BU. You will implement global saving initiatives and lead projects focusing on budget efficiency, generating savings, negotiating contractual payment terms, and vendor consolidation.
* Collaborate with procurement analytics and finance teams to analyze spending and identify savings opportunities.
* Act as a bridge between global initiatives and the business unit, ensuring alignment with strategies and objectives.
* Drive the implementation of global category management strategies for efficiency and cost optimization.
* Lead projects related to efficiencies, savings, contractual terms, and vendor consolidation.
* Engage with senior stakeholders and external partners to manage spend effectively.
* Monitor and improve procurement strategies and processes for better efficiencies and savings.
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
* At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Finance and/or Procurement.
* Strong leadership and change management skills.
* Commercial acumen and project management experience.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion.
* Results-oriented with prompt decision-making skills.
* Commitment to self-development and adaptability.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Fluent in English.
