Through effective risk mitigation and proactive financial decision-making, we empower our global operations to thrive in a dynamic business environment. As the temporary (Senior) Associate Capital Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical activities within the department. You will be part of a team responsible for modelling the financing structure (incl. discussions and building the relationship with rating agencies), reporting (internal, external, and regulatory), structuring cash pooling and internal financing, and executing Global Treasury projects. The incumbent will build and develop strong, productive relationships with all key internal (e.g., CFO community, FP&A, Accounting, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., rating agencies, banks, IT service provider, etc.). Your Responsibilities: Lead the planning, content direction, and follow-up of Global Treasury Committee meetings. Ensure and proactively monitor compliance with regulatory requirements in the Treasury environment (including EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and AWV). Own the design, preparation, and quality assurance of external, internal, and regulatory reporting for senior management. Take overall responsibility for coordinating and managing Treasury-related audits and regulatory examinations, including comprehensive stakeholder management. Design, implement, and continuously enhance Treasury policies and processes, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks. Drive strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to align Treasury activities with the companyu2019s broader financial and corporate objectives. Manage and further develop relationships with external auditors, acting as the key interface to Accounting for complex Treasury accounting matters. Your Qualifications: Masteru2019s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 3 years in treasury or corporate finance. Ideally profound knowledge of accounting topics for treasury instruments. Ideally profound knowledge of self-reporting applications such as PowerBi or Tableau. Understanding of SAP (incl. TRM module). Experience in negotiating external contracts and agreements. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in written and spoken English.
