9. Operational support for the project management and the project team
10. Travel organization and billing
11. Independent handling of general correspondence via email and telephone
12. Scheduling and tracking
13. Organization of meetings and events with room planning
14. Research and compilation of background information
15. Workshop preparation, support, supervision and moderation
Your profile
16. Proficient use of common office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications
17. Fluent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
