HR Transformation Manager

Reporting to the DACH HR Country Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR transformation initiatives across Allianz Partners Germany, ensuring innovation, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

What you do

* Collaborate with the HR Country Lead and senior management to manage strategic transformation topics across the legal entities of Allianz Partners Germany.
* Support execution of major strategic initiatives with high HR involvement, including organizational restructuring, mergers of legal entities, and deployment of new HR technologies.
* Strengthen the HR operating model in AzP Germany in the light of transformation.
* Act as a senior counterpart to works councils and other stakeholders.
* Support ad-hoc queries, projects, and process improvements in HR and leads specific HR processes across AzP in Germany as required.

What you bring

* 5–7 years’ experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a global/multi-country environment.
* Strong academic background in business administration, law, psychology, sociology, or equivalent.
* Knowledge of German labor law, tax, and social security implications.
* Proven experience in HR transformation, digitalization, or innovation projects.
* Familiarity with HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD) and cloud-based solutions.
* Understanding of data protection, information security policies, and identity and access management in HR contexts.
* Experience in effective works council relations and stakeholder management.
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
* Can-do attitude with strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
