HR Operations Manager
We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for a People Operations Manager to join their team. In this newly created role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, focusing on administrative tasks, payroll, and employee documentation.
Overseeing HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
Managing the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation of confirmation letters, contracts and exit documentation.
Overseeing the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of salaries, and compensation in Germany, Luxembourg & the UK.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Passion for operational HR work with a strong people-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
Prior experience with payroll and HRIS (e.g. Personio, Workday), with the ability and openness to integrate and enhance HR processes.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
