Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and detail-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (finance, project management, and operations), track financial performance, and support audit processes, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining accurate financial records and preparing dashboards, but also support invoicing and cash collection tracking.
We’ll look to you for:
* Supporting the Finance Project Manager (FPM) in Work Package Reviews by providing data and preliminary cost analysis
* Maintaining records in systems like SAP and ensuring reconciliation with agreed financials
* Tracking cash collection from customers and monitoring overdue payments
* Preparing monthly dashboards on key performance indicators for the project
* Assisting with customer invoicing processes
* Supporting FPM during internal and statutory audits

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
