Scrum Master (Agile) – Karlsruhe area - Up to €90,000 + Bonus (d / m / w)
Responsibilities
* Drive agile transformation initiatives as part of the Agile Master community, contributing to organizational growth and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement
* Share responsibility for people management alongside the Product Owner, including disciplinary leadership and team development
* Anticipate and resolve impediments and conflicts, ensuring a balanced, transparent, and productive team environment
* Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and team interactions, taking accountability for effective outcomes and alignment
* Strengthen collaboration across teams by promoting clear communication and coordinated ways of working
* Act as a champion of agile principles, coaching teams to apply them in practice while encouraging ownership, autonomy, and accountability
* Lead and support two cross-functional, globally distributed agile teams in delivering high-quality software products aligned with the product vision
Requirements
* Completed a degree in Computer Science, or similar
* Obtained 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for large-scale SW Projects
* Previous experience operating as a Software Developer
* Experience in multiple agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory
