Job Overview
The successful candidate will oversee a team, coordinating and monitoring work on HR administration and analytics to position the HR department as a strategic partner.
Key Responsibilities
* Dashboards Development: Collect data from various sources, analyze HR-related data using our HRIS software, and refine existing dashboards to provide actionable insights.
* KPI Establishment: Collaborate with teams to establish Key Performance Indicators, anticipate trends, and optimize HR processes, recruitment, skills development, and other key areas.
* Budget Monitoring: Oversee headcount budgets and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
* Administrative Support: Ensure timely follow-up on staff matters, handle relations with external authorities, and manage leave, flexitime, and time-savings accounts.
* Staff Supervision: Act as the point of contact for staff, supervise and monitor performance goals, and facilitate international HR initiatives.
* Division Activities: Organize and supervise division activities, promote information sharing among stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results.
* Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing development and efficiency improvement within the division and department.
