As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Sales Director" with below requirements for our client which is leading company in the Manufacturing sector, located in Germany.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership or business development management
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
* Strong experience in team management, coaching, and performance development
* Fluent in English(both written and spoken)
* Energetic, dynamic, and result-driven personality with a hands-on and field- oriented approach
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Job Description
* Lead, manage, and develop the sales organization in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
* Design and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets
* Build and expand client relationships, actively pursuing new business opportunities and key accounts
* Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team, setting KPIs, sales quotas, and development goals
* Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers and support sales team activities
* Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize customer satisfaction and market penetration
* Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and ensure competitiveness
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports to senior management
* Representing the company at industry events, fairs, and client meetings, enhancing the company’s market presence and brand image
