Your Tasks
Technical responsibility for project logistics in space projects:
* Planning and coordination of material supply for production
* Main contact person for projects in all logistics-related matters
* Implementation and control of SAP-based material processes
* Organisation of project-related shipping, transport and storage activities
* Cooperation with internal interfaces such as production, warehousing, purchasing and quality assurance
Disciplinary management of the project logistics team:
* Management, development and motivation of the team
* Personnel planning, recruitment and onboarding of new employees
* Ensuring cross-project knowledge transfer
* Introduction and optimisation of processes and tools
* Support in strategic resource planning and progress monitoring
Your Qualifications
* Completed training in logistics or studies related to aerospace, materials management or business administration
* Several years of professional experience in project logistics, ideally in the aerospace industry
* In-depth SAP knowledge and technical understanding of production and logistics processes
* Leadership skills, decision-making ability and empathy in dealing with employees
* Strong communication skills, organisational talent and problem-solving orientation
* Very good knowledge of German and English
* Willingness to travel occasionally
