Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
A leading provider of stage technology solutions is seeking a detail-oriented SCM Support Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of supply chain and logistics processes.
The primary work location is our warehouse and production unit in Luxembourg. Some tasks will require your presence at our headquarters in Luxembourg. Remote work is possible after the trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the SCM team in complex or escalated cases, including quality issues with deliveries or external production.
* Inventory discrepancies or stock deviations in the ERP system.
* SAP/ERP support for the team in complex processes, troubleshooting, and system-related questions.
* Assisting with material and production forecasting to ensure efficient supply chain planning.
* Supporting communication between SCM and other departments, such as Project Management and Sales, to ensure smooth coordination of material availability and production planning.
* Assisting the purchasing team in supplier claims, escalations, and negotiations when specific expertise is required.
* Supporting process optimization in production, procurement, and supply chain management to increase efficiency and transparency.
* Assisting with supplier audits, forecast planning, and strategic material procurement for complex decision-making.
Requirements:
* Degree or vocational training in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in production, procurement, or logistics, ideally with interfaces to quality management or ERP systems.
* Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
* Experience with Ticket Systems (e.g., Odoo, JIRA).
* Knowledge in quality management (QM) and experience handling supplier claims, production defects, or inventory discrepancies.
* A solution-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
* Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between SCM, Project Management, and Sales.
* Structured and independent working style with a high level of initiative.
* Fluent in Polish, German and English; French is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
