This project is the European Union's answer to the pressing challenges of tomorrow to provide secure connectivity services and enhanced communication capacities to the EU and its Member States. In addition, as well as to governmental users, private companies and European citizens while benefiting from ensuring high-speed internet broadband to cope with connectivity dead zones.
The IRIS2 team enters next project phases, we seek and there is a strong need of support for all the activities around service provisioning and products that the system can offer in the future.
The IVV Technical Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and technical oversight of Integration, Verification, and Validation (IVV) activities for satellite systems. Acting as the bridge between systems engineering, AIT, product assurance, and programme management, the IVV Technical Project Manager ensures robust verification coverage, schedule adherence, risk control, and technical compliance throughout the satellite lifecycle—from design to launch readiness.
IVV Planning & Management
Plan and support integration and verification campaigns including:
Oversee verification evidence generation, data review, and compliance closure.
Stakeholder & Interface Management
Support programme reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) from an IVV perspective.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ECSS, ESA, NASA, company processes).
Support anomaly investigations and lessons learned initiatives.
5+ years of experience in IVV, AIT, or System Engineering within space or complex system projects.
~ Fluency in English, both written and spoken
~ Familiarity with requirements management tools and IVV tracking tools.
~ Project management certification (PMP ®, PRINCE2, IPMA).
Travel as required for project realization purposes
