Responsibilities:
Acting as our In-House It Consultant for Workday Recruiting, you’ll sit at the intersection of HR and IT, turning complex, diverse business needs into simple, scalable solutions. Your work will streamline global recruiting processes, elevate data quality and reporting, and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions.
1. Own the Workday Recruiting roadmap with HR partners—translate multi-country requirements into clear configurations and actionable workflows.
2. Design, Test, and Iterate: Delivering high-quality setups, dashboards, and reports that drive data‑informed decisions.
3. Solve the Hard Stuff: Leading resolution of complex (3rd‑level) issues and guide teammates to elevate shared understanding.
4. Deliver Reliably: Managing projects end‑to‑end to meet scope, time, and budget expectations.
5. Champion Quality: Improving data integrity so stakeholders can trust the numbers.
Qualifications:
6. Several years of experience in Workday Recruiting with solid reporting and implementation experience.
7. Bachelor's Degree in IT, HR, Business, or comparable field.
8. Fluency in English; Workday Pro (Recruiting) is a plus.
9. A strong grasp of HR systems & processes and the technical mindset to partner with IT and HR across diverse Business Groups.
10. Customer‑centric, solution‑oriented, proactive, and team‑focused—able to explain complex topics simply and drive consensus.
