About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join a leading global Contract Research Organization supporting clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This is a home-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring clinical sites to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines, local regulations, and standard operating procedures. You will collaborate closely with investigational sites and project teams to ensure high-quality data, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of trials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits to evaluate protocol adherence and ensure regulatory compliance
* Maintain clinical documentation to guarantee audit readiness
* Mentor and train junior clinical team members
* Lead and support project teams as needed
* Work alongside site staff and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient study operations
Requirements:
* University degree in a science-related field, healthcare certification, or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years of clinical research monitoring experience
* Fluent in English and German
* Valid driver’s license
* In-depth knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical monitoring best practices
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel 60–80%
