Payscale Specialist

We are seeking a pay scale specialist to join our team.


About the Job:

This role involves being responsible for performing and managing all related tasks for pay scales.


Key Responsibilities:

* Monthly Pay Scale Management:
o Determine and implement changes in pay scales based on company policies, employee contracts, and national laws.
o Ensure that all tax implications and other relevant factors are considered when updating pay scales.
o Maintain accurate records of employee salary information and manage payroll databases.
* Data Entry and Verification:
o Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated systems, such as P&I LOGA or Workday.
o Verify data for accuracy and consistency before processing.
o Collaborate with HR teams to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
* Process Optimization:
o Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
o Develop and implement more efficient workflows to reduce time spent on tasks and enhance overall productivity.
* Communication and Reporting:
o Provide regular updates to management on payroll-related matters.
o Compile reports on payroll performance and suggest improvements where necessary.


Required Skills:

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Familiarity with payroll software, such as P&I LOGA and Workday.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
