We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – fluent in German to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team for a 12 months fixed term contract.
Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client stakeholder management.
This role will be based ideally in Hamburg or otherwise anywhere in Germany.
The successful Senior Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:
* Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
* Responsible for day to day interaction with client/HR business partners in a timely, professional and responsive manner
* Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
* Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and/or building talent pools for current and future requirements
* Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output
* Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
* Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
* Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
* Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting
The Senior Recruiter will have the following skills:
* Experience within the Recruitment / RPO field / Agency
* Fluent in English and German
* Experience with the German worker’s council is a plus
* Ideally experience with client-specific Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc. to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting
* Demonstrated capability to be client facing and consistently conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
* Demonstrated capability to set and manage client expectations through the recruitment process; identify continuous improvement opportunities and be an advisor to client.
* Demonstrated capability to lead client briefings or partner with client HR business partners to understand job requirements, provide input, develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates matching client requirements.
* Demonstrated capability to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on the opportunity and client value proposition for professional/technical and management roles.
* Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices
* IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
* Experience interpreting data and reporting
