Job Responsibilities
* Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
* Developing relationships within a designated Territory with local HCPs for a portfolio of pharmaceutical drugs and / or devices.
* Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
* Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
* Responsible for the sales situation within the assigned area.
* Initiation, participation and support of congresses and trade fairs, also at weekends.
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Job Requirements
* Native level German and business level English proficiency.
* 2years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the rare disease or dermatology field.
