2. Aligning projects with Business StrategyProject Planning and Scheduling
3. Oversee and coordinate the execution of specific network refresh activities, such as hardware upgrades, reconfiguration, ensuring work is performed according to the plan
4. Incorporate industry best practices, conduct internal and external benchmarking, and establish standards, key measures, and metrics
5. Coordinate between the business and technical teams to act as a liaison and translator for both parties
6. Make critical decisions throughout the project lifecycle by evaluating options, weighing risks and benefits, and considering input from team members and stakeholders
7. Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring communication with team members and stakeholders (while meeting business needs)
8. Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, technical SMEs) to deliver the project on time and within budget
9. Ensure collaboration between team members and resolve conflicts

11. Experience as an IT Project Manager in global projects
12. Infrastructure literacy
13. Budget and risk management
14. Vendor coordination
15. PRINCE2-certification
16. Excellent English proficiency and clear, neutral pronunciation
