Partner Growth Manager, Affiliate Marketing (French Market) Join Acceleration Partners as a Partner Growth Manager, Affiliate Marketing focused on the French market. This remote, work‑from‑home role is available to candidates residing in the UK or Germany, who can travel internationally and speak fluent French. Role Overview In the Strategic Territory Growth department, you will support the growth of the French affiliate space. Your responsibilities include joining client calls, pitching high‑value opportunities, providing strategic insights, and proactively managing the top 10 partners for each client. TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Publisher Performance: Contribute to overall revenue by creating high‑potential relationships and optimizing publishers, including paid placements, commission increases, and review products. Performance and Placement Trackers: Consistently update the department relationship tracker and client‑approved placement tracker. Subject Matter Expert: Act as a trusted resource for client verticals and partner relationships, leading conversations and lending expertise. Business Development and Publisher Relationships Proactive Research: Identify new high‑quality partnerships and opportunities based on client needs and industry evolution. Written and Verbal Communication: Comfortable with cold emailing, clear and engaging communication, and independent management of day‑to‑day publisher interactions. Initiative: Proven track record of identifying and executing opportunities and optimizations to drive revenue growth. Top 10 Partner Management Relationship Management: Optimize opportunities with top publishers and view yourself as an extension of the client’s business. Budget Management: Identify opportunities that drive growth while maintaining a healthy ROI. Time Management: Exceptional calendar and time‑management skills required. Strategy and Execution Alignment to Client Strategy and Goals: Participate in engagement kickoff calls and ask appropriate questions to understand goals and KPIs. Ongoing Ownership of Strategy: Create and execute paid placement and recruitment strategies, negotiate terms, and manage 95% of strategy independently. Strategy Pivots: Adapt and pivot strategies, communicate realistically about goals, and maintain relationships. Pitching Opportunities Persuasiveness: Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, challenge the status quo, and pitch innovative opportunities with data‑backed benefits. Publisher Vertical and Client Knowledge: Deep understanding of publisher verticals and client competitors. Tenacity: Overcome objections, provide alternatives, and leverage thorough knowledge of publishers. Qualities of the Ideal Candidate Strong aptitude for digital strategies in the French market. Quick in building new relationships and recruiting unique partners. Self‑starter with motivation to hit targets. Experience with small‑to‑medium businesses and media challenges. Proven performance and acquisition marketing knowledge. History of managing complex partnership decisions. Commercial sales track record and senior stakeholder influence. Data‑driven, analytical decision maker. Excellent communication to senior stakeholders. High attention to detail and data analysis. Proactive, collaborative attitude. Growth mindset and passion for client success. Remote teamwork and cross‑time‑zone collaboration. Minimum Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of the French market. Fluent French language. 4+ years business development or related experience. Experience in sales or account management with small businesses. Track record of exceeding goals. Experience in performance or affiliate marketing (preferred). Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Success in a goal‑oriented, high‑accountability, fast‑paced environment. Ability to lead client‑facing presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication. Work‑from‑home and corporate office experience is a plus. Why Acceleration Partners?
