Your tasks
* Develop, enhance, and govern the regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) portfolio, ensuring compliance with company-wide standards
* Manage annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and variable pay processes
* Maintain and optimize C&B systems, tools, and processes to support a seamless compensation landscape
* Conduct market benchmarks and compensation analyses to ensure market competitiveness
* Prepare compensation packages and recommendations for leaders and HR business partners
* Design, implement, and evaluate C&B programs such as pension schemes, allowances and fringe benefits
* Develop and manage HR policies, grading structures, and non-tariff evaluations aligned with local legal requirements and global frameworks
* Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and global CoE teams while providing expert guidance and training on C&B topics
Your qualifications
* Experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR operations / process / controlling / business partnering
* High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel
* Fluency in German and English, both wiritten and spoken
* Strong numerical and analytical mindset
* High level of integrity when working with sensitive compensation data
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
* Self-driven mindset with a passion for fairness, transparency and improvement
