1. Are you ready to shape the future of compensation at EOS? We're looking for a smart, driven, and curious C&B pro who loves turning numbers into impact and who's not afraid to dive into exciting projects that truly matter
2. Lead the global roll-out of our job architecture – including job evaluation, workday implementation, and training for HR and managers.
3. Support the design and delivery of our pay transparency approach. Conduct equity analyses, coordinate stakeholder input, and lead related communications and trainings.
4. Drive the annual compensation review process with market benchmarks and decision-making tools for leadership.
5. Turn HR data into clear, actionable insights that help us engage employees and drive performance.
6. Own your and our growth – stay ahead of trends through ongoing learning, training, and industry events.
7. 3+ years in international C&B
8. Familiarity with EU pay transparency regulations, job evaluation methodologies and compensation benchmarking practices
9. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations; experience with HR systems, data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, etc.)
10. Confident communicator, strong project driver, fluent in German and English
