Job Title: Financial Operations Administrator
Job Description:
The role of the Financial Operations Administrator is to work closely with a team of professionals, providing general administrative support including reviewing documents, drafting letters, and organizing meetings.
Responsibilities include:
• Drafting meeting minutes and submitting them for review
• Updating databases with relevant information
• Preparing tender dossiers and publishing notices on e-Tendering platforms
• Validating reports by committees and sending notifications to stakeholders
Requirements:
* Strong sense of responsibility and initiative and good organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and priorities; work with flexibility and availability
* Excellent knowledge of standard computer tools, particularly MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.
