» Your tasks: - Responsibility for the independent management of projects within corporate development
- Management of internal and external project resources
- Management of project teams and their consultants
- Interface and close cooperation with the product and central divisions and their managing directors/heads in the context of analyses and projects
- Monitoring key projects within the Group
- Responsibility for designing and preparing key reports for the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the management of the product companies
- Networking within the Group and qualification for further tasks, also internationally
- Direct reporting line to the Head of Corporate Development
» Your profile: - Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or a comparable education
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a leading (in-house) management consultancy with module/project responsibility or in corporate development
- Experience in dynamic corporate environments with cross-border tasks
- Experience in managing and leading strategic projects as well as in the conception and moderation of workshops at top management level
- Successful management of change processes and implementations
- Independent, goal-oriented way of working and a portion of enthusiasm to contribute to the achievement of company goals through a collegial, team-oriented attitude
- Performance-oriented and excellent people skills
- Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
- Business fluent in German and English
