Key Responsibilities
* Organize and chair board meetings, ensuring efficient decision-making processes.
* Review and draft legal documents, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with third parties, including lawyers and notaries, to ensure seamless transactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg.
* Fluency in English.
* A Bachelor's degree in Law.
You will possess strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
